Jason Delaney
Managing Partner
Jason launched his career with New York Life as an agent in the Kalamazoo, MI area in 2008 after working in the mortgage industry for 11 years. In 2010 he transitioned to the Partner role where he led the Kalamazoo Sales Office for several years. In 2018 he was promoted to Senior Partner in the Michigan General Office where he supported agents throughout Michigan. In May of 2020 he was promoted to Managing Partner of The Greater Detroit General Office. In 2023 he was promoted to Managing Partner of The Albany General Office. He presently works with the great team throughout the Capital Region.
Three-time recipient of the Leading Partner and Partner of the Year awards, he and his team have consistently ranked Top 50 in the company. In 2022 his team in Greater Detroit won seven trophies including all five Executive Vice President Trophies for their tier. In 2024 his team in Albany won three trophies including one President’s Trophy and a Senior Vice President’s Trophy for their tier. Jason has been heavily involved in his local community as a member of Business Network International, The Chamber of Commerce and Freemasonry. Raised in the Columbus, OH area (Go Buckeyes!), he now resides in Clifton Park, NY with his wife Abby and their 10 year old daughter, while his adult daughter completes her nursing degree in West Michigan.
